2020年5月，由和顿亚洲客户共同持有的准发展土地项目安德森山庄 (Anderson）获得土地持有人投票决议通过出售方案。安德森山庄位于德克萨斯州海斯县（Hays County, Texas），此次出售方案的买方是一家美国大型上市建筑商。买方将以订立 “收购权协议”（Option Agreement）的方式，未来分两个阶段向土地持有人收购标的土地。据此，随着买方吸收土地并出售房屋，预计土地持有人将在2021至2027年获得相应的收益派发。
