The Master Plan benefits from exposure and visibility due to frontage along King's Highway (Virginia State Highway 3), a primary arterial collector with direct access to Interstate 95, five miles to the west. The Virginia Railway Express is located 4 miles west of the Master Plan.
Consisting of 1,200 acres, the Sherwood Master Plan is being proposed as both a mixed-use development and a planned residential community. Residential uses proposed for the Property will include a mix of single-family attached and single-family detached unit types. The Master Plan is also being proposed to include areas of active-adult development. Commercial uses, primarily retail and flex-industrial in nature, are proposed for the frontage area along King's Highway.
