Jordan McKenzie serves as Chief Financial Officer at Walton Global, where he is a key member of the company’s executive leadership team. In this role, he leads Walton’s finance function, overseeing corporate structure, portfolio management, and fund reporting, while enhancing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization. He is responsible for strengthening Walton’s financial position, aligning corporate structure to drive operational efficiency and growth, and ensuring consistent, accurate reporting for stakeholders and investors. Jordan also oversees portfolio performance through asset-level analysis, monitoring, and strategic review.

Jordan joined Walton in 2016 as a Financial Analyst within the Land Development and Management team and has since held progressively senior roles across treasury, finance, and portfolio management. Over the course of his tenure, he has played a critical role in underwriting new land acquisitions and evaluating offers across Walton’s portfolio, as well as supporting the executive team in structuring new business initiatives.

Prior to Walton, Jordan worked as an accountant for an oil and gas equipment company in Calgary, Alberta. He is a CFA Charterholder and an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

As Chief Accounting Officer, Claire Gearing leads Walton’s global accounting, tax, and audit functions, overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions. She is focused on strengthening accounting processes, enhancing reporting accuracy, and driving consistency and efficiency across the organization.

Claire joined Walton in 2020 as an Accounting Manager and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Controller in 2024, where she led day-to-day financial operations and global accounting activities across Asia and North America. She has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s accounting infrastructure and financial governance, while partnering with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and capital initiatives.

With over 20 years of international accounting and finance experience, Claire has held senior roles at SuperShuttle International, Arcadia Bioscience, and Arizona Centers for Cancer Care. She began her career at Telegraph Media Group in London, supporting financial strategy and operations for a £60 million division.

Claire is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

As Chief Information Officer at Walton Global, Hong Wang is responsible for driving the development and implementation of global IT strategies that align with business objectives and ensure standardization across regions. Hong oversees the enforcement of IT policies and best practices while keeping the organization ahead in emerging technologies to enhance client service and maintain competitive advantage. Additionally, she oversees enterprise system operations, optimizes infrastructure for business continuity and reinforces cybersecurity. Ms. Wang also refines business processes, centralizes systems, and fosters relationships with IT vendors to support ongoing initiatives.

Prior to joining Walton in 2008, Ms Wang managed the global cash and treasury systems at Wall Street Systems.

As Chief Administrative Officer, Jonquille leads and unifies Walton’s administrative and operational functions across regions, with responsibility for investor relations, client services, communications, governance, and internal processes.

Jonquille brings more than 15 years of experience at Walton, during which she has guided major exits across Canada and the United States, supported more than $1 billion in investor distributions, and built high-performing operations and investor relations teams globally.

As Chief Operating Officer, Asia, Katie oversees operational strategy and execution across Walton’s Asia platform, supporting sales, investor engagement, and cross-regional collaboration. Based in Hong Kong, she focuses on strengthening day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment between Asia and North American teams as Walton continues to expand its international presence. 

Prior to joining Walton in 2021, Katie worked in government relations at the Canadian Embassy in Washington D.C. and studied International Relations at Western University in London, Ontario.

As Senior Vice President, C-Suite, Todd plays a key role in driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, fostering operational excellence, and ensuring alignment across all divisions. He serves as a senior advisor to the CEO and C-suite.

Prior to joining Walton in 2007, Mr. Woodhead was a regional sales manager for a Fortune 500 high-tech firm in California, where he managed both the financial and high-tech markets.

As Senior Vice President, C-Suite, Matt plays a key role in driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, fostering operational excellence, and ensuring alignment across all divisions. He serves as a senior advisor to the CEO and C-suite.

Prior to joining Walton in 2004, Mr. Keister lived in Hong Kong and Beijing where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of a regional sports management firm overseeing events throughout Asia.

As President, Capital Markets, Katie’s main focuses include leading the continued growth of Walton’s U.S. capital raising platform, working closely with executive leadership and distribution partners to launch new initiatives and optimize market engagement. She also supports long-term investor success by deepening relationships and expanding our reach across the industry, overseeing strategic efforts to enhance operational efficiency and support Walton’s commitment to innovation and excellence in capital markets, and champions Walton’s values and driving the evolution of business processes to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Ms. Hubbard previously served in various progressive capital markets roles at Walton from 2008 to 2015, including Executive Vice President, National Accounts, where she played a key role in capital raising efforts of over $500 million in land opportunities across the U.S. Aside from Walton, she previously worked at prestigious firms including The Carson Group and Black Rock, receiving “Sales Manager of the Year” in 2021.

As Executive Vice President of Real Estate, West Region at Walton Global, Shane Doherty is responsible for the identification of potential target lands in the western region of the U.S. and oversight of a team that generates market analysis, financial modeling, due diligence review, competitive intelligence and management of land acquisitions from feasibility through closing. 

Prior to joining Walton’s Real Estate team, Shane worked in Walton’s Portfolio Management team helping analyze their national portfolio. He then returned to school receiving his Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development before joining the Florida Division.

As Executive Vice President, Real Estate, East Region at Walton Global, Michael Slavotinek is responsible for the identification of potential target lands in the eastern region of the U.S. and oversight of a team that generates market analysis, financial modeling, due diligence review, competitive intelligence and management of land acquisitions from feasibility through closing. 

Prior to joining Walton in 2022, Mr. Slavotinek worked as a Director of Land for a privately held Charlotte homebuilder and as a Real Estate Manager with global retailer, Lidl executing their expansion and development throughout the major markets in the Carolinas.

As Senior Vice President, Central Region and Canada at Walton Global, Rob Nixon is responsible for the company’s land assets in U.S. Central Region and Canada, including pre-development land, and residential, commercial, and industrial developments. Mr. Nixon leads the asset management and administration process from acquisition to disposition, including land-use entitlements, planning, design, engineering, construction, and the ultimate systematic sale or alternative monetization of the land assets.

Prior to joining Walton in 2011, Mr. Nixon worked as a heavy equipment operator designing and constructing roads and recreational areas in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

As Senior Vice President, Land, at Walton Global, Anthony Ybarra is responsible for strategically finding vacant tracts of land, in U.S. West Region located in the path of growth while ensuring that these sites remain profitable for Walton’s investors.

Prior to joining Walton in 2019, Mr. Ybarra worked as a Land Planner for a widely known Arizona firm called AndersonBaron Landscape Architecture (ABLA), where he worked on community and neighborhood design for major public home builders in the Valley. He then spent 2 years at CalAtlantic Homes/Lennar Homes, where he was in charge of locating future homesites and developing the underwriting and market analysis for each upcoming community.

Sean Knudsen is Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Walton Global, where he leads the management and growth of the company’s portfolio across Florida and Georgia. With extensive experience in land acquisition, due diligence, financial analysis, and entitlements, Sean drives strategic initiatives that strengthen Walton’s presence and create long-term value in these key markets.

 

Before joining Walton Global, Sean held leadership roles with Landeavor, D.R. Horton, and Lennar, overseeing acquisitions, negotiations, and development strategies across the Southeast. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida and is based in the Charleston, South Carolina area.

As Senior Vice President, Real Estate, Marcus is responsible for acquisitions, development, and asset management across the firm’s Mid-Atlantic real estate portfolio. He brings extensive experience in investment analysis, deal structuring, and execution across a range of asset types.
 
Prior to joining Walton, Marcus served as a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, advising clients on leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. Earlier in his career, he held senior investment and development roles at leading real estate development firms in the Washington, D.C. region.
 
Marcus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Design Studies in Real Estate from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design.

As Real Estate & Land Acquisitions Manager at Walton Global, Kyle Keenan supports the East Region in the management and disposition of Walton’s land assets.

Salina Lu is the Senior Vice President, East Asia. She focuses on business development, maintains and grows clients and partner relationships and setting business development strategy. Salina joined the company in 2018 with over 13 years of experience in overseas asset allocation and analysis and started promoting Walton’s pre-development land products since 2011. Prior to joining Walton, Salina worked with a number of international financial institutions. Salina holds a Master Degree of Business Administration from Queen Margaret University.

Florence Yuen is the Vice President of Business Development of Walton North Asia. She is responsible for executing and planning of sales strategy, establishing and maintaining business channels.

Florence joined Walton in 1992. Since then, she held various positions within the company, such as Division Manager and Head of Sales. During her various positions, she helped leading and building the sales and business development team’s structure in Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Walton, Florence served as a Branch Sales Manager for a leading real estate agency in Hong Kong, focused on overseas real estate investment and immigration services for regions such as Mainland China, Portugal, Australia, Canada and the United States. Florence also participated in the establishment of over 19 schools (in which 3 of them sponsored by Walton) for the underprivileged children in poverty regions in Mainland China.

With over 31 years of experience in real estate, Nancy is currently the Vice President of Business Development of Walton Hong Kong, responsible for managing business activities, training and development of Walton’s distribution channels in Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Walton in 2002, Nancy worked in finance and compliance functions in the hedge fund industry.

Nancy started her career as a legal executive and became the Head of Conveyance Department after serving 11 years in a Hong Kong based legal firm. She is experienced in transaction closing, title search and registration for new communities’ development, properties and mortgage, tenancy matters and probate.

Blingi Chan is the Vice President, Business Development of Walton North Asia. She is responsible for expanding Walton’s business channels and maintaining relationship with business partners in Mainland China and Hong Kong.

Blingi joined Walton in 2003 bringing in her banking and financial experience to the company. Prior to joining Walton, Blingi worked at Ernst & Young and various equity trust companies where she gained her experience in Accounting and Trade Finance. She also worked in various retail and merchant banks suck as HSBC, Kleinwort Benson and CIC-Union Europeenne.

Blingi holds a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University and a Master of Science in Finance from University of London. She is also an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and a Certified Facilitator.

Taylor joined Walton in 2008 and has held various roles within the company. In her current role, she is responsible for business development, and focuses on leading the team to expand the mainland China market and customizes overseas asset allocation for high-net-worth clients. In recent years, Taylor also assists Walton in providing U.S. immigration consultation service to our clients.

Taylor graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a Master of Business Administration.

Leo joined Walton Global in 2017. As Vice President of Business Development, Leo focuses on setting the tone of business strategy and offering of range of opportunity from Walton to clients and Business partners in East Asia market. He has devoted to different markets, particularly in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Leo has over 15 years of experience in Banking and Asset management industry. Prior to joining Walton, he served as a Vice President at a publicly listed Global Banking group, where he was responsible for Retail and Commercial Banking services.

Taylor joined Walton in 2008 and has held various roles within the company. In her current role, she is responsible for business development, and focuses on leading the team to expand the mainland China market and customizes overseas asset allocation for high-net-worth clients. In recent years, Taylor also assists Walton in providing U.S. immigration consultation service to our clients.

Taylor graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a Master of Business Administration.

As Vice President of Sales & Capital Markets for the Middle East, Victor leads Walton’s strategic growth initiatives and capital raising efforts, while cultivating key investor relationships in the region. He joined Walton in 2024, bringing with him nine years of experience in financial services, investment banking, and investor relations.

Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, Victor is now based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He holds an MBA from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in Spain and an MSc in Business and Economics from Linköping University in Sweden.

Kofi Asiedu serves as Vice President of Business Development for the Middle East at Walton Global. In this role, he is focused on expanding the firm’s global footprint and offering innovative land-based investment solutions to institutional investors, wealth managers, and family offices.

As a results-driven finance professional, Kofi has expertise in wealth management, fintech, and alternative investments. Before joining Walton, he gained extensive experience in the finance and investment industry through various roles at prominent wealth and asset management firms.

He holds a First-Class Honours degree in International Business Management, which has shaped his global perspective and strategic approach.

As Vice President, Portfolio Management at Walton Global, Paul Bae is responsible for managing Walton’s various land portfolios internally and externally with our institutional partners.

Prior to joining Walton in 2016, Mr. Bae worked as a financial analyst for Apex Land Development, a multi-faceted real estate development and home building company in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

As Vice President, Portfolio Management at Walton Global, Kyle Levy supports the strategic management and optimization of the firm’s land portfolios, collaborating with institutional partners to enhance value and investment performance.

Before joining Walton in 2025, Kyle was a Managing Partner at Pravati Capital, where he led private credit and distressed debt investments totaling $40 million across multiple transactions in 2024. He also oversaw investor relations and capital formation, securing $50 million in new fund commitments from institutional investors and family offices. In addition, Kyle serves on the Board of Directors for Erez Capital, a venture capital firm investing in emerging companies across AI, healthcare, and financial services.

As Director of Accounting, Cindy Fisher is responsible for global financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

 

Throughout her time at Walton Global, Cindy has held the roles of Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, and Global Accounting Manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public accounting & business management from Muskingum University.

As Vice President, Finance and Treasury at Walton Global, Jon Harper is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations and external reporting of Walton’s Canadian land assets.

Prior to joining Walton in 2013, Mr. Harper worked for an NYSE publicly traded finance technology company. Mr. Harper is a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”).

As Senior Vice President of Global Operations & Strategic Initiatives at Walton Global, Tarren Petty focuses on identifying and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across global teams. She collaborates with various departments to improve data accuracy, supporting Walton’s commitment to timely updates, and aligns global operations under a unified vision and strategy.

Prior to joining Walton in 2022, Ms. Petty worked for Taylor Morrison, one of the largest homebuilders in the U.S. and holds an MBA with an Applied Management focus from Northern Arizona University.

As Senior Vice President of Corporate Development (Asia) at Walton Global, Simone leads corporate development initiatives and regional learning strategies across Asia. She designs scalable training programs, builds capabilities across Capital Markets and Operations teams, and oversees onboarding investor groups, partners, and external stakeholders.

Simone joined Walton in 2015 and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.

Pamma Lam is the Vice President of Global Marketing at Walton Global.

Pamma is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive global brand awareness, promoting Walton’s products and services, and expanding market leadership on a global scale. She leads global marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across North America, the Middle East, and Asia, leveraging market insights to ensure alignment between marketing dynamics and overarching business objectives.

Pamma joined Walton in 2009 and has over 15 years of experience in the marketing and communications field.

As the Vice President of Operations of Walton Singapore, Charmian oversees the day-to-day operations and manage resources to ensure smooth functioning of Walton Singapore. She collaborates closely with various global teams to implement plans to achieve operational efficiency and collaborates with the Singapore sales leaders to optimize resources to support sales campaigns and client purchase experience.

Charmian joined Walton in 2006 and has held roles involving the sales operations, investor services and finance in Walton Singapore.

As Vice President of Client Services and Operations, Anna Marie Wong manages the day-to-day operation, supervises the client services team for the East Asia region and collaborates with teams across different functionals department within the organization to develop and improve the post-servicing process.

Anna Marie joined Walton in 2014 and holds a bachelor’s in business and administration from the University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong.

As Vice President of Administraion at Walton Global, Cecilia Fong is responsible for working to strengthen regional back-office collaboration by facilitating communication and driving operational efficiency between North America and Asia. Ms. Fong joined Walton in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant for the Land Development and Management department.

Mavis Lee joined Walton in 2008 and has held various roles within the company. In her current position as Vice President of Human Resources, she is responsible for HR operations across Walton’s Asia and Middle East offices.

 

Mavis graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science with a bachelor’s degree in finance.

As Fund Operations Manager, Maggie oversees key operational responsibilities including fund creation and management, investor communications, compliance, and due diligence with broker-dealer firms, strengthening Walton’s connection with its growing client base.

Before joining Walton in October of 2024, O’Neill served as the Senior Vice President of Communications and Investment Services at NAI Legacy where she oversaw all investor distribution communications, all due diligence with broker-dealer firms, onboarded 24 Delaware Statutory Funds and single purpose entities, and handled all quarterly, annual, and tax documentation reporting. She also held the title of Investor Relations Manager at The True Life Companies, focusing on capital raise tracking, investment onboarding processes, and investor communication management.

As Operations Director for Walton Global, Karen oversees daily operations and resources, ensuring smooth workflows in the Manila office. She develops and implements operational strategies, monitors performance, and fosters alignment between regional offices through close collaboration with global leadership.

Karen joined Walton in 2013 and holds a Master’s in Health Administration from Missouri State University. Throughout her tenure, she has been instrumental in various aspects of the company’s sales operations, demonstrating her commitment to sales administration support, including business partner training and event coordination in East Asia. Her experience also includes leading operational protocols in multiple offices and contributing to business development in the Chinese market.

As Vice President, Document Processing at Walton Global, Amaris Douglas is responsible for the processing, maintenance and recordation of all US UDI client investments along with keeping her department on task. Her department is also responsible for various Canadian UDI processing.

Prior to joining Walton in 2007, Ms. Douglas came from government employment where she served in the Human Resources department. During her time in government, she designed and launched an intern program for high school students wanting to seek government employment upon graduation.

Derek Reich serves as Vice President of Information Services at Walton, where he leads the company’s IT services strategy. He works closely with all business units on a global scale, driving advancements in technology and applications to enhance operational efficiency and foster innovation.

With over 24 years of experience at Walton, Derek has held various leadership roles across Finance and Information Technology. He holds a Finance degree from Mount Royal University.

As Assistant Vice President, Information Technology, Naga is responsible for managing and optimizing the IT infrastructure and helpdesk operations across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.

His role involves ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services, maintaining high availability, and security of systems. He works closely with cross-functional teams to implement IT strategies, oversee infrastructure projects, and ensure compliance with organizational and regional standards.

As General Counsel for Walton Global, James Asali oversees the company’s legal affairs, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, transactions, and risk management. He advises executive leadership and supports Walton’s global real estate investment platform across acquisitions, capital markets, and development activities.

James brings nearly 30 years of experience in corporate, securities, and real estate law. Prior to joining Walton, he was the President and CEO of Pack Green Coalition. He also served as Partner at Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP, and as senior counsel at Chamberlain Hrdlicka. His earlier career includes private practice and advisory roles focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

James earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School.
