PHOENIX – Walton, a real estate investment and land asset management company with US$3.39 billion under management has acquired 149 acres planned for residential development. The property is located on the southwest corner of 4th Street and 90th Avenue in the Indian River Community in Vero Beach, Fla.
Walton has acquired 175 lots in The Trails and The Cottages neighborhoods in southwestern Las Vegas Valley located on the north and south side of Agate Avenue, east of Warbonnet Way.
Walton has completed its first sale of 161 platted lots within Banning Lewis Ranch to Oakwood Homes. This is the first transaction under the option agreement with Oakwood in the master planned community of Banning Lewis Ranch in Colorado Springs, Co.
D.R. Horton has closed on Walton’s River Oaks Land Acquisition and Development (“LAD”) financing project, located in Hemet California in Riverside County.
