Walton Global Completes 33.17-Acre Commercial Land Sale in Westphalia Town Center

Land Sells in Prince George’s County for Commercial and Warehouse Development 

Walton Global, a leading real estate investment and land asset management company, has announced the successful sale of 33.17 acres of land in Prince George’s County, Maryland to Northpoint Realty Partners. The transaction, within the Westphalia Town Center Master Plan, represents a land sale positioned to support substantial commercial and warehouse development in the region. While the broader Westphalia portfolio is primarily focused on residential and retail development, this commercial and warehouse component represents a long-term vision of a balanced mixed-use community.

The property, now known as Westphalia Logistics Center, is located on the north and south sides of Presidential Parkway, east of Machinists Place, approximately one mile from an established residential development. The site is zoned TAC-E/MIO, permitting commercial and light industrial uses. The parcels also offer proximity to the Pennsylvania Avenue (State Route 4) and I-495 (Capital Beltway) interchange, providing convenient access to key employment centers, retail services and downtown Washington, D.C.

 Northpoint Realty Partners acquired the two adjacent parcels with plans to develop 306,000 square feet of warehouse space in two buildings.
