Walton recently announced the sale of 112 acres to Crow Holdings Industrial, the industrial development company of Crow Holdings. The property is planned for a second phase of West Fulton Commerce Park which totals 212-acres in the City of South Fulton, Georgia. West Fulton Commerce Park is located within the larger Woodbury Park mixed-use development.

Top 100 Home Builder Plans to Develop Approximately 665 Homes- Walton has announced the addition to its more than 3,000-acre Colorado portfolio with the acquisition of a 206-acre property intended for residential development named Peakview located in the City of Evans. The property is located between 37th Street and 65th Avenue.

Walton is pleased to announce the opening of John S. McCain III Elementary School located in one of the fastest growing cities in the United States, Buckeye, Arizona on August 4, 2021. The school located near 247th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road, was built on donated land provided by Walton called Monte Verde and dedicated to the late Senator of Arizona, John McCain.
