Walton Global Announces Land Sale in Buckeye, Maricopa County

Mixed-Use Master Planned Development Adding Community Amenities in Anticipation of Growth

Walton Global, a leader in global real estate investment, land asset management, and land banking, is pleased to announce the sale of 15 acres to Palm Valley Community Church to operate a place of worship in the mixed-use master planned Monte Verde development in Buckeye, Arizona which includes approximately 325 acres in total.

The community is located in the fast-growing region 28 miles west of Phoenix along Interstate 10 and the Loop 101/303 corridor. Housing demand and job growth is driven by increasing logistics and industrial businesses investing in the region as Buckeye is the entry point to the Phoenix market from California.

This sale reflects Walton’s continued focus on supporting the development of well-located communities in high-growth markets across North America, especially given the company’s Arizona headquarters. Deploying significant land management expertise and adapting to market demand, Walton enables the delivery of new residential and mixed-use communities that serve as a solution to population growth while meeting the long-term objectives of its investors.
