和頓集團近日與一家大型全國性房屋建築商在加利福尼亞州內陸帝國河濱縣（Riverside County）收購了佔地34英畝規劃為住宅用途的土地。該項目位於加利福尼亞州聖哈辛托（San Jacinto）的休伊特街 (Hewitt Street ) 以西和東聯邦街 (East Commonwealth Street) 以南。
和頓收購科羅拉多州拉夫蘭 113 英畝土地用於住宅開發。
和頓已與全國房屋建築商就名為菱康山莊 (Lincoln) 的土地項目簽訂了意向書，預計將於 2022 年開始授權程序。
