Walton Global Announces Final Distributions for U.S. Dollar Income Corporations and November Canadian Project Payouts
Walton Global, a real estate investment and asset management company specializing in land-based real estate projects, is pleased to announce final distributions for its Walton U.S. Dollar Income 1 Corporation and Walton U.S. Dollar Income 2 Corporation. These final repayments mark the full return of principal to bondholders, successfully concluding both programs.
Walton U.S. Dollar Income 1 Corporation has approved a final distribution of USD $2,497,399, representing the sixth and final payment of its restructured bonds. This distribution was made on November 19, 2025, to all bondholders on a pro rata basis.
The Corporation has raised USD $7,126,830 since its inception. With this final repayment, a total of USD $9,580,040 has been returned to bondholders, exceeding the original capital raised.
Walton U.S. Dollar Income 2 Corporation has approved a final distribution of USD $1,294,810, also paid on November 19, 2025, to all bondholders on a pro rata basis. This marks the seventh and final distribution of the restructured bonds.
The Corporation has raised USD $7,929,300, and with this final repayment, bondholders will have received a total of USD $10,642,433, exceeding the original capital raised.
Distributions will be made by Olympia Trust Company, the trust company for both Walton U.S. Dollar Income 1 and Income 2 Corporation. With these final payments, all outstanding bonds of both corporations will be considered settled and terminated in accordance with their respective trust indentures.
In addition to the U.S. Dollar Income Corporation repayments, Walton is also pleased to report that in November 2025, the company has made distributions totaling CAD $3,452,912 and USD $3,792,209 from its Canadian and US land-based investment projects. These distributions reflect the continued success of Walton’s ongoing project monetization across its Canadian portfolio.
