The Casa Grande Common Master Plan is located in the City of Gasa Grande in Pinal County.
The Master Plan has frontage along Interstate 10, the main freeway that connects Phoenix and Tucson to the southeast.
The Master Plan lies east of Interstate 10 and is part of a previously approved Planned Area Development, consisting of commercial, office, and residential land uses. A General Plan Amendment in 2013 updated approximately 175 acres of neighborhood land use to Commerce and Business. Approximately 36 acres of the Master Plan located west of Interstate 10 is not included in the Planned Area Development and is currently zoned Urban Ranch Residential. Walton intends to rezone this portion of the Property to commercial or industrial use.
