A General Plan Amendment in 2013 updated approximately 175 acres of neighborhood land use to Commerce and Business. Approximately 36 acres of the Master Plan located west of Interstate 10 is not included in the Planned Area Development and is currently zoned Urban Ranch Residential. Walton intends to rezone this portion of the Property to commercial or industrial use.
