Criteria for acquisition includes key factors such as lot-to-home ratio, development costs, entitlement expenses and paper lot pricing adjusted for projected market conditions.

ACQUISITION APPROVAL PROCESS

The Walton Land Acquisition & Divestiture Committee (A&D Committee) exists to guarantee a transparent, disciplined, and effective land acquisition and divesture process.

Each potential acquisition undergoes detailed evaluation, including comprehensive due diligence, risk assessment and funding analysis to align with investment objectives. Final approval requires unanimous consent to move forward in the acquisition or divestiture process.
