The Walton Group of Companies is nearing completion of Phase 2 construction including 233 single-family lots within the 1,031 single-family lots of the Chisholm Trail Ranch master-planned community in Fort Worth, Texas.

Within a year after its construction and delivery of 169 single-family lots in Phase 1, the four home builders including Antares Homes, Dunhill Homes, HistoryMaker Homes and Sandlin Homes are excited to move forward starting homes in Phase 2. Home prices will start in the mid-$200,000s.

Chisholm Trail Ranch, a 12-minute drive away from downtown Fort Worth, opened its 1.9-acre amenity center and 3-acre city park earlier this year; the onsite elementary school construction is well underway opening in Fall 2019.

Additionally, the new 80-acre multi-building campus for Tarleton State University, approximately 2 miles from the property, is also under construction and scheduled to open for classes in Fall 2019.
