Company closes on bulk sale, continuing the growth of the Hunt County Master Plan in North Texas
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Walton Global, a real estate investment and land asset management company, has announced the sale of 703 acres in Hunt County, Texas, out of the Hunt County Master Plan. The land is located approximately 30 miles northeast of Dallas, with proximity to US Highway 380, connecting the land to Greenville and the rapidly expanding city of McKinney. Additionally, the Kansas City Southern Railroad main line runs through a portion of the property, providing access to major freight transport networks.
The Master Plan is positioned to give back, as well as bring life and community to Hunt County through a mixture of uses including residential housing, parks, schools, commercial, office, and industrial. A Municipal Utility District has been established on a portion of the property and through the sale of bonds, will reimburse future developers for major water, sewer, drainage, roads, and rail infrastructure.
