Land within Cotton Gateway Master Planned Community sold for Residential Activity

Walton Global, a leading asset management and global real estate investment company, has announced the successful sale of 138.7 acres within the Cotton Gateway Master Planned Community in Caldwell County, Texas to homebuilder Lennar. 

The entire master plan, originally consisting of 510 total acres, contains a mix of single-family and multi-family property opportunities. Lennar has purchased 273 lots zoned for single-family residential purposes. Located nearby is Lennar’s Whisper Residential, which contains homes priced between $299,000 and $445,000 and features amenities including a community pool, playground, basketball court, and a park.
