Walton Global, an Arizona-based real estate investment and land asset management company, has announced an 817.3-acre land sale within the Austin-San Antonio Metropolitan Statistical Area. Known as Caldwell Ranch, this property was sold to Waterstone Land Partners, Ltd for single-family residential development purposes. Upon full build out, Caldwell Ranch will deliver over 2000 new homes to the area.

“Austin remains one of the fastest growing regions in the country and over the past few years, there has been a shift in residents seeking housing offerings just outside of the city,” said Rob Nixon, Senior Vice President, Real Estate for Walton Global in the Central Region and Canada. “We’re confident that Waterstone Land Partners will develop an exceptional community that provides much-needed inventory to sustain this migration pattern.”

As part of the larger Caldwell Valley Master Plan, Caldwell Ranch promotes walkability and accessibility to surrounding schools and retail offerings. Caldwell Ranch also benefits from proximity to Interstate 35 and State Highway 130, which offers additional north-south connection between Austin and San Antonio. Additionally, the property experiences frontage on State Highway 21, providing ample opportunity to incorporate retail and commercial elements.

Walton Global works with America’s top homebuilders to identify plots of land situated within paths of growth across the country to deliver crucial housing inventory that supports continually rising demand. The company continues to prioritize Texas as one of the country’s major growth areas and remains committed to its additional 28,000+ acres of assets across the state.
