Walton Global Appoints Jake Pierce as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets – West
Walton Global, a leading real estate investment and land asset management company, announced the appointment of Jake Pierce as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets – West. Pierce reports to Katie Hubbard, President of U.S. Capital Markets.
In this role, Pierce is responsible for advancing Walton’s business development and investor engagement initiatives across the Western United States. He works with financial intermediaries, institutional partners, and private investors to expand Walton’s presence and support capital formation efforts across the region.

Walton’s U.S. Capital Markets team is focused on delivering alternative real estate investment solutions centered on land, one of the most underutilized and often overlooked asset classes. Through its platform, Walton provides access to strategically located land investments positioned for long-term growth, serving a broad range of investors including financial advisors, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals. The team works collaboratively across regions to support capital raising efforts and deepen relationships nationwide.
Pierce brings a background in capital markets, distribution, and client relationship management within the real estate investment industry. Prior to joining Walton, he held leadership roles focused on capital raising and investor engagement, including serving as Vice President of Capital Markets at RealSource Properties, where he contributed to the growth of the firm’s investor platform and broader strategic initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he held positions with J.P. Morgan Chase and Altus Group, developing experience in private client advisory and real estate financial analysis. He most recently supported global distribution and capital formation efforts for institutional real estate offerings at PEG Companies.
Pierce joins Walton’s growing U.S. Capital Markets team, further strengthening the firm’s regional coverage and commitment to delivering innovative land investment solutions across the country.
