Walton Global Advances North Calgary Growth with Strategic Land Sale to Anthem Properties

Transaction sets the stage for a future mixed-use community to meet rising housing demand 

 

Walton Global, a leader in global real estate investment, land asset management, and land banking, is pleased to announce the sale of 146 acres in North Calgary to Anthem Properties, a North America-based real estate development firm focused on the investment, development and management of commercial and residential properties. Located in North Calgary, Anthem Properties plans to deliver a combination of townhomes, single-family, multifamily and even commercial offerings for future residents.   

Positioned within one of Calgary’s most active growth corridors, the Prairie North site offers a strategic location that supports long-term residential demand while enhancing connectivity to employment centers, transportation infrastructure, and nearby retail destinations.
