Walton Global Acquires 126 Acres Near Dallas

Land purchased to support increasing residential development in Kaufman County

Walton Global, an Arizona-based real estate investment and land asset management company, has announced its newest land acquisition of Mabrey Meadows, a 126-acre parcel in Kaufman County, Texas. Upon completion, Mabrey Meadows will be an extensive 513-home project in the growing community of Talty, which is a convenient 30-minute drive from Dallas.

The Mabrey Meadows property is allocated for Walton Global’s Builder Land Financing program, which serves as a long-term inventory needs solution through acquiring strategically located land identified by national homebuilders and developers.

“Our vision for Mabrey Meadows is to create a neighborhood that stands the test of time – a community where families can grow and thrive,” said Paul Bae, Vice President of Portfolio Management for Walton Global. “This project aligns with the rapid growth trajectory of Kaufman County, making it an exemplary model for future developments.”

The property is located six minutes from Interstate 20 and offers future residents connectivity across the southern United States. Additionally, it eases commutes to major cities such as Dallas and Fort Worth and the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. The community also benefits from proximity to local amenities including an Amazon Warehouse, a Goodyear Logistics Center, a Walmart Distribution Center and The Shops at Terrell.

The property offers proximity to local schools, including Hollis T. Dietz Elementary, Barbara Walker Elementary and Crandall Middle School. Residential amenities planned for this site include a community pool and trail access, with home prices expected to range from $250k – $350k. Kaufman County’s recent accolade as one of the fastest-growing counties in the nation by the U.S. Census Bureau underscores the timely nature of the Mabrey Meadows project. Since the county’s recognition, the area has seen increasing growth in households and population driven by expanding retail trade, accommodation and food services, and the construction and transportation industries.
