WALTON COMPLETES FIRST PHASE OF CHISHOLM TRAIL RANCH IN FORT WORTH

Master-planned communities are a hit with homebuyers in the Dallas -Fort Worth region. The most recent one to come to area is Chisholm Trail Ranch from Walton Development and Management. According to Builder Online, Walton has delivered 169 lots to builders for the first phase of the project.

Builders signed on for phase one include Sandlin Homes, History Maker Homes, Antares Homes, and Dunhill Homes. The community plans to eventually include 1,000 homes.

Chisholm Trail Ranch includes 600 acres in southwest Fort Worth near the recently built Chisholm Trail Parkway. The community design incorporates access to the new 75-acre Chisholm Trail Park and a community center, as well as hiking and biking trails. It will also eventually have retail and commercial space.

Located only 12 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth, Chisholm Trail Ranch is close to all the action of both the downtown area as well as the rapidly growing southwest Fort Worth area.

A lot of new development is springing up in southwest Fort Worth along Chisholm Trail Parkway, including the upscale Shops at Clearfork shopping center, a new Whole Foods, and a Fort Worth campus of Tarleton State University that will open in January 2019. The Chisholm Trail Parkway is a 27.6-mile toll road that connects Downtown Fort Worth to Cleburne, from I-30 to U.S. 67.
