NEARLY 1,000 HOMES PLANNED FOR WHITE HOUSE SUBDIVISION

2016/02/22

Walton Developers are moving forward with plans to build a new subdivision in White House. City leaders approved a zoning request for Walton to build 949 new homes and townhouses at the Bear Creek at Burris Ridge property that backs up to New Hall Road.

In a statement to FOX 17 a Walton spokesman says:

“Our goal is to craft a family-oriented community that honors the open space of this special location,” said Anthony Sparrow, general manager of Walton Development & Management’s Nashville office “This property has an abundance of natural assets, including creeks and streams, as well as walking and woodland trails that will provide for an integrated and connected community – a community that can be a legacy for both the families that reside here and for the Burrus Ridge area.” FOX17’s Meagan O’Halloran asks how the new development will impact neighbors living on the quiet country back roads.
