The current conceptual land plan positions the Master Plan as a lakeside living destination along the banks of the Tussahaw Reservoir, and is designed to create an atmosphere of understated luxury within reasonable proximity to big city amenities. The concept plan for the Master Plan incorporates the benefits common to most of our projects: walkability, connectivity to schools from the neighborhoods, ample allocation of open space for recreation, retail and other commercial uses, and ample transportation linkages to regional infrastructure.
