Road Access
The Master Plan is located between Phoenix and Tucson with direct access to the Toltec Road traffic interchange along Interstate 10 (I-10) in the City of Eloy. Eloy is located in the center of the Phoenix-Tucson corridor just south of the cities of Maricopa, Casa Grande and Coolidge at the junction between I-10, which proceeds west to Los Angeles, and Interstate 8, which proceeds west to San Diego. It is also adjacent to State Route 84 and has approximately 5,000 linear feet of frontage on the Sunset Route of the Union Pacific Railroad.
Land Use
The Master Plan is an industrial-zoned project, which allows for a large industrial user as well as some commercial uses.
