Road Access
Eloy is located in the center of the Phoenix-Tucson corridor just south of the cities of Maricopa, Casa Grande and Coolidge and at the junction between Interstate 10, which proceeds west to Los Angeles, and Interstate 8, which proceeds west to San Diego.

The Master Plan has zoning approval for 121 acres of commercial, 37 acres of industrial, 888 acres of residential and 301 acres of open space and parks. There are also two school sites planned within the property.
