The Serenity Pointe Master Plan is located in Elbert County.
The Master Plan has close proximity to the Town of Parker and access to Interstate 25, which is the key transportation route to Colorado Springs and Denver.
The Master Plan is currently zoned for agricultural use. Walton intends to rezone the property into a Planned Unit Development which will allow for Conservation Community Design (cluster development). The property will be planned for residential use, which is consistent with the Elbert County Master Plan.
