The Master Plan is located approximately 1 mile from the Sunshine Boulevard Traffic Interchange along Interstate 10 (I-10) in the City of Eloy. Eloy is located in the center of the Phoenix-Tucson corridor just south of the cities of Maricopa, Casa Grande and Coolidge at the junction between I-10, which proceeds west to Los Angeles, and Interstate 8, which proceeds west to San Diego.
Land Use
The Master Plan holds approved Planned Area Development zoning for approximately 759 acres of single-family residential, 282 acres of medium and high-density residential, and 83 acres of commercial. Approximately 100 acres are planned for roadways.
