The 2,092-acre New Tech Gateway Employment Zone Master Plan is located between communities of Tottenham and Beeton within the Town of New Tecumseth in the County of Simcoe, a manufacturing and transport hub in Ontario.

Road Access

The Master Plan has access to Highway 400, a 6-lane controlled access freeway that serves traffic traveling between the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and the rest of Simcoe County.

Land Use

Primary uses for the Master Plan include residential uses due to the proximity to the community of Beeton. However, industrial and employment type uses would also be appropriate to capitalize on the transportation networks available.
