Edmonton, Alberta
The 2,375-acre NE Edmonton Gateway Employment Zone Master Plan is located north of Anthony Henday Drive, west of Manning Drive and south of Highway 37 (the City’s northern boundary).
The Master Plan benefits from transportation infrastructure such as the Anthony Henday Drive Ring Road, which opened the last (northeast) segment to traffic in 2016, and provides links to existing communities and employment areas to the north, west and south.
The Master Plan is comprised of 18 parcels of land within the Edmonton Energy and Technology Park Area Structure Plan (EETP) that was adopted by Council in 2010. As a result, the Master Plan is targeted predominantly for industrial petrochemical based users in manufacturing, logistics and research.
