The Master Plan has dual zoning with the northern portion of the site located in Cedar Hill zoned SF-E (Single-Family Residential Estate) and the southern portion located in Midlothian zoned R-3 (Residential 3). The proposed acres for development are planned for 289-acres allocated for residential use combining a mix of product types totaling 1,264 units and 124-acres allocated to open space.
