The Master Plan lies 48 km northeast of Dallas and benefits from quick access to US Highway 380, a major artery connecting the city of Greenville with the rapidly expanding city of McKinney. A Kansas City Southern Railroad main line runs through a portion of the Master Plan, providing access to one of the United States’ major freight transport networks.

Through the sale of bonds, the MUD will reimburse future developers for major water, sewer, drainage, roadway and rail infrastructure.
