The Dobson Ridge Master Plan is located in Prince George's County.
The Master Plan benefits from exposure and visibility due to frontage along Route 5/Highway 301, a major commuting corridor in Prince George’s County that provides access to the Capital Beltway and Baltimore, Maryland.
With a variety of residential unit types and a mix of employment and retail uses, the Master Plan will establish a master planned community for current and future residents in the region. It is anticipated that the residential unit mix will include single-family detached dwellings, single-family attached dwellings, and multi-family product. Non-residential uses are anticipated to include retail uses, commercial office/employment uses, and civic uses.
