With more than 20 years of experience across financial services and institutional real estate, Katie has raised over $6 billion in capital throughout her career. Her background includes leadership roles at Empower, The Carson Group, and BlackRock, along with early experience in real estate development with Lennar Homes. She is also a frequent contributor to Bloomberg, Schwab Network, and Yahoo Finance, providing expert commentary on the U.S. housing market.

As President, Capital Markets, Katie will continue to advance Walton’s capital-raising initiatives, deepen industry partnerships, and drive innovation across the platform.
