Walton Global, a real estate investment and land asset management company based in Scottsdale, AZ, is pleased to announce the approval of a $34,481,067.85 distribution to investors in the Caldwell Valley Master Plan. The distribution spans four separate syndications of the larger master plan and will benefit nearly 2,500 investors. 

The substantial return follows the successful sale of 1,515 acres within Caldwell Valley to Tract Management Company. The transaction marks a significant milestone for the development, located within the rapidly expanding Austin-San Antonio corridor, and is expected to support an expansive digital ecosystem. 

This achievement underscores Walton’s continued commitment to generating returns for its investors through strategic land acquisitions and dispositions.
