SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Walton Global, a leading land asset management and global real estate investment company, is happy to announce the appointment of Katie Hubbard, MS, CRPC as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. Hubbard joined the Walton team in May 2023, and will play a pivotal role in working directly with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), broker-dealers, family offices, and institutional investment companies across the country to provide valuable insights into Walton’s investment offerings.

With an impressive background and extensive experience in capital markets, Hubbard is well-positioned to contribute to Walton’s growth and success. She previously served in various progressive capital markets roles at Walton from 2008 to 2015, including Executive Vice President, National Accounts, where she played a key role in capital raising efforts of over $500 million in land opportunities across the U.S.

Before returning to Walton, Hubbard spent four years at The Carson Group, a prestigious $22 billion Barron’s Hall of Fame RIA, where she served as the National Sales Manager. In this capacity, she demonstrated exceptional leadership and managed a team while gaining valuable expertise in the wealth management industry. Additionally, Hubbard held the position of Senior Manager of Wealth Advisory at Empower, a $1 trillion AUA firm, where she successfully managed 40 retirement and wealth advisors. Her outstanding performance earned her the well-deserved recognition as “Sales Manager of the Year” in 2021.

Hubbard’s background also includes her tenure as Vice President at BlackRock, where she was responsible for capital raising and providing expert guidance to independent advisors on portfolio construction. Her diverse background and comprehensive knowledge make her a valuable addition to Walton’s executive team.
