Company completes purchase for new single-family development between Baltimore and Wilmington
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Walton Global, a real estate investment and land asset management company, has announced its new land acquisition of 108 acres off Gilbert Road in Aberdeen, Maryland. The property is known as Chesapeake View, and is located approximately 30 miles north of Baltimore, Maryland and 36 miles south of Wilmington, Delaware.
Chesapeake View is currently zoned as agricultural with plans for future residential development. The location is convenient to Interstate 95, providing quick accessibility to employment centers including Aberdeen Proving Ground, White Marsh, health care providers from Johns Hopkins in Baltimore and local hospitals in Harford County. In addition, the property is minutes away from the Aberdeen MARC/Amtrak Station, providing rail service to the cities along the east coast, as well as a short commute to new retail, cinema, grocers, and other entertainment options such as Stadium Towne Center and Ripkin field.
