The Brazoria Master Plan is located in the City of Alvin and the Alvin Extra Territorial Jurisdiction in Brazoria County.

The Master Plan has direct frontage on Farm-to-Market Road 511 which connects the Master Plan to the City of Alvin via FM1462. It is a 5-minute drive to Highway 288, 15-minute drive to Interstate-45 and a 25-minute drive to Downtown Houston.


A Municipal Utility District has been established on a portion of the Property. The Master Plan is currently zoned as Agricultural. It surrounds an existing residential development and is adjacent to existing agricultural, commercial and residential uses. Walton intends to rezone the Property to a Single Family Master Planned Community, with residential, commercial and open spaces.
