INCOME ALTERNATIVE 

Using our Builder Land Financing strategy, we offer a competitive real estate investment option. Various investment structures are available that are tailored for both accredited and institutional investors that can produce positive returns in a relatively short period of time. Walton charges a premium to our home builder clients for acquiring the land that is paid out as currrent interest, with semi-annual payments, and the original payment being returned proportionately to investors as homes are built and sold.
