A NEW OPTION ARRIVES IN VITA AT CRYSTALLINA NERA

2017/04/08

Located in north Edmonton near 82 Street and 180 Avenue, this new neighbourhood is proving to be appealing to for many Edmonton couples and families.

VITA is in its first stage of development – lots in Stage 1 are currently selling at a very attractive price, and there are plenty of options still available for those looking to move into the community.

The neighbourhood now offers three different housing types by four different builders. Carlisle is offering condominiums, Hopewell Residential and Morrison Homes are crafting rear laned homes, and Walton Residential is now offering front garage homes.

“We’re excited to offer homebuyers yet another choice of housing style in VITA. Stylish front attached garage homes are now available in the community, providing the new homebuyer more choices,” said Kendra Milne, vice president of marketing with Walton Development and Management, which is developing the neighbourhood.

On Nov. 19, 2016, Walton Residential opened its single-family, front attached garage showhome, The Wallace, which complements the rear laned homes by Hopewell Residential and Morrison Homes that are already in the community. The Wallace is a 1,704-sq.-ft. home that features an upper floor laundry and a spacious kitchen pantry.

“We like to describe VITA as offering affordable luxury,” she said. “Homebuyers are enjoying a stylish home built to taste, along with an attractive streetscape and combined with attainable pricing.”

Rear-laned homes start in the $330,000s, while the new single-family homes start in the $400,000s.

VITA at Crystallina Nera is not only attractive for what it contains, but also for what surrounds it – nearby ponds, paths and parks, easy access to Edmonton and northern Alberta, and various conveniences and amenities.
