Walton’s Builder Land Financing (BLF) structure assists in developing competitive real estate offerings that are tailored to both accredited and institutional investors. This program meets the growing demand for “just-in-time” inventory models that help our top homebuilder clients in the U.S. secure the land supply necessary to build homes.

Land banking is an increasingly sought after strategy in the homebuilding industry, and because land is a key component to homebuilding, our BLF program is a potential solution for U.S. homebuilders that have identified land for acquisition.

ALTERNATIVE INCOME

Our Builder Land Finance program creates real estate investment offerings designed for both accredited and institutional investors. Walton charges a premium to homebuilder clients for acquiring the land on their behalf that is paid out as current interest with semi-annual or quarterly payments. The original payment is returned proportionately to investors as homes are being built and sold. This land banking strategy provides assistance to homebuilders during their development process while distributing income to investors.
