Walton Global, a leading real estate investment and land asset management company, is pleased to announce the sale of nearly 40 acres within the Peak at University Parkway Master Plan in Atlanta, Georgia. The property was purchased by Crow Holdings Development (CHD), a leading real estate development company specializing in multifamily and industrial development across high-opportunity markets in the United States. The company intends to develop a logistics center comprised of three buildings totaling nearly 600,000 square feet.

“This sale aligns with our strategic vision for the Peak at University Parkway and underscores the demand for well-positioned industrial spaces,” said Barry Dluzen, Executive Vice President, Land Acquisition at Walton Global. “We are excited to see this plan progress and enrich the day-to-day of residents and businesses alike.”

The industrial property is located less than two miles from Gwinnett County Airport and along State Route 316, connecting Atlanta to Athens. This transaction marks a step towards turning this location into a bustling hub, bringing new job opportunities to the area.

“E-commerce, onshoring, and other secular trends continue to drive demand for industrial space in certain markets, including the area in and around Atlanta,” said John Bateman, CHD Managing Director. “We’re fortunate to have such a wide-ranging network of industry participants like Walton Global to help us identify, pursue, and develop these types of opportunities that will continue to spur economic growth and help meet that demand.”

Walton Global remains committed to the careful cultivation of its properties to meet and exceed the expectations of investors and the communities in which it operates.
