Walton Global, a leading asset management and global real estate investment company, is pleased to announce the combined distribution of USD $24,486,442 through three separate funds from the sale of the 609-acre Caldwell Ranch property in Caldwell County, Texas. This represents a distribution of $17.09 per unit for Caldwell Ranch LP investors, $17.13 per unit for Caldwell Ranch Dev LP investors, and $919.55 per unit for WCR Dev Sub LP investors.
