Walton Global, a leading asset management and global real estate investment company, has announced the successful sale of the 178-acre West Creek Master Planned Community in Victorville, California to homebuilder D.R. Horton. When fully built out, this community is expected to harbor over 800 single-family homes averaging in the mid-$400s.

“San Bernardino is the nation’s largest county, and its population continues to steadily rise,” said Anthony Ybarra, SVP of Real Estate for Walton Global. “We’re thrilled to be working with D.R. Horton to deliver some much-needed residential inventory to help the county sustain its continued growth.”

Nestled between the San Gabriel Mountains and the Mojave Desert, West Creek is in proximity to Vista Manzanita, Vista Pointe and is mere minutes from the Mall of Victor Valley. The community is directly adjacent to West Creek Elementary School, Melva Davis Academy of Excellence and Gus Franklin Jr. Elementary School. Mesa Linda Middle School and Adelanto High School are also within a 5-mile radius of the development. Planned amenities include neighborhood parks, tot lots and open space trails.

“West Creek has an abundance of potential for its future residents,” said Todd Funk, Southern California North Division President for D.R. Horton. “Some activities include the possibility for year-round boating, water skiing, prime fishing locations and access to motocross sport venues. The community is also less than an hour drive to Mountain High Ski Resort, providing residents with the opportunity to perfect their snow sport skills.”

Located east of State Route 395 and west of Interstate 15 (I-15), the West Creek Master Planned Community offers exceptional connectivity and accessibility. It is situated just two miles south of the Southern California Logistics Airport, 40 miles north of San Bernardino, 85 miles northeast of Los Angeles and its ports, 94 miles northwest of Palm Springs, 146 miles north of San Diego and 190 miles south of Las Vegas. This strategic positioning provides seamless access to the bustling markets of Los Angeles and San Bernardino, with Interstate 15 serving as the primary artery connecting Southern California and Las Vegas.
