Walton Global has announced a distribution of USD $17,017,795 to lenders on behalf of DR Development Limited. The distribution comes after the partial sale of 340 acres of the approximate 662-acre Marquis development project in Northeast Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, also known as Duggan Ranch. 

The acquisition of the 340 acres by a third-party buyer has enabled the early repayment of the full principal amount. The cumulative total distributed to lenders in the Marquis private credit offering now totals USD $19,674,251. The payment date to lenders was August 12th, 2024, with interest calculated from January 1st to July 12th of 2024. 

This distribution marks the closing of another successful offering for Walton Global and its investors internationally.
