Walton Global is excited to announce a distribution to investors in U.S. Land Fund 3 of USD $1,142,940. This represents a distribution of $0.12 per unit.

Since its inception, U.S. Land Fund 3 has distributed more than USD $22.5 million to investors.

The distribution is being made as a result of phases 3 and 6a closings at the Farm at Varrea Master Plan, located in Plant City, Florida, as well as deferred payment revenues that have been received by the Fund as a result of 53 home sales to third-party homebuyers. U.S. Land Fund 3 projects it will make further distributions to investors in 2024 as additional revenues are received on the Varrea, Dobson Ridge, and Ridgewood Lakes Master Plans, which are all under contract with third-party public homebuilders. Now that initial phase closings have occurred and momentum has picked up on development activity and builder sales, subsequent phase closings and home sale revenues are anticipated to escalate.
