Dallas - Fort Worth, Texas
The Hunt County Master Plan is located east of the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Hunt County.
The Master Plan lies 48 km northeast of Dallas and benefits from quick access to US Highway 380, a major artery connecting the city of Greenville with the rapidly expanding city of McKinney. A Kansas City Southern Railroad main line runs through a portion of the Master Plan, providing access to one of the United States’ major freight transport networks.
A Municipal Utility District (MUD) has been established on a portion of the property. Through the sale of bonds, the MUD will reimburse future developers for major water, sewer, drainage, roadway and rail infrastructure. The property is being planned for a mixture of uses including residential housing, parks, schools, commercial, office and industrial.
