The Cotton Gateway Master Plan is located in the City of San Marcos in Caldwell County.
Road Access
The Master Plan is located 40 km south of Austin and 7 km east of Interstate 35 (I-35), and benefits from frontage on State Highway 21 which connects I-35 and State Highway 130 Tollway. Running parallel to I-35, the tollway provides an additional north-south link between Austin and San Antonio. The Master Plan is also located along the proposed Yarrington Road extension that will provide additional east-west connections between I-35 and State Highway 120.
