Walton is establishing a plan to complete the project by the end of this year with potential carry over for certain items such as landscaping by early 2022.<\/p>\n<p>US$2.2 million is the second distribution made to bondholders in 2021. The distribution is both a principal and interest payment that will be paid to all bondholders on a pro-rata basis.<\/p>\n<p>A total of CAD$62,484,023 of principal and interest payments have been made to date to investors in McConachie Asset Management Corporation; another distribution is anticipated to be made to investors later this year.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the McConachie distribution, two Walton bond corporations made distributions to Investors. The distributions come as a result of the repayment of a portion of the loans outstanding from the Corporations. A breakdown of each distribution is provided below:<\/p>\n<p>Walton U.S. Dollar 1 Corporation approved a distribution of US $400,000 to its investors. This represents approximately US $0.06 distributed per dollar of bonds issued and outstanding. The distribution will be paid to all bondholders on a prorata basis.<\/p>\n<p>Walton U.S. Dollar 2 Corporation approved a distribution of US $900,000 to its investors. This represents approximately US $0.11 distributed per dollar of bonds issued and outstanding.
