    Westphalia Town Center

    Located in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and approximately 25 minutes southeast of central Washington D.C., the Westphalia Town Center consists of 479 acres of land, of which 310 acres are within the current development project. The Westphalia Town Center is located within the greater Westphalia Sector Plan, which encompasses 6,000 acres in the surrounding area. This plan promotes a high-density residential and mixed-use core, while the area outside the core will be lower-density residential. Green spaces and parks will link these elements together.


    • Preliminary Plan of Subdivision was approved in June 2009
