David Peter, Walton\u2019s executive president of special projects, is overseeing the new location and operations to further advance the privately-owned company\u2019s investment strategy and continuous business growth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith a strong and expanding portfolio of land assets in the southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets, we\u2019re excited about increasing our local presence with our new Tampa office,\u201d said David Peter. \u201cNot only does this strengthen our collaboration with our local and regional partners, but it also supports our focus to create new partnerships with best-in-class homebuilders and developers throughout the region and along the East coast.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Located in Highland Oaks Business Park, the 2,500-square-foot Tampa office is represented by a diverse team with expertise across asset management, portfolio management, land acquisition, project management, and administration.<\/p>\n<p>Peter added, \u201cThere is tremendous population and employment growth in Florida and the surrounding region, requiring land that is ready for development. \u00a0We\u2019re excited to continue to support new home communities, commercial and industrial spaces, along with our homebuilder and developer network.
