The Master Plan will offer 145 acres of residential and commercial retail use in line with the City of Calgary’s North Regional Context Study which was adopted in 2010. The concept plan identifies a mix of residential uses including: high-density multi-family, townhomes, duplex, traditional starter homes, etc. Commercial opportunities are focused on the west side of the plan along 6th Street to capitalize on roadway access and visibility.
